Dardania Radio lets you listen to live radio, music and podcasts in the iPhone app and on dardaniaradio.com. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

• You need an account to use the app. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, or by emailing us.

Most of Dardania Radio is free, with ads and some limits on music playback (for example albums and playlists play on shuffle, and each list has a limited number of skips). Premium removes the ads and limits and adds downloads for offline listening.

• Premium is a subscription bought through Apple. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.

• With Premium you can download playlists, albums, artists and your liked songs. Podcast downloads are free for everyone.
• Downloads are stored only on your device and can only be used inside the app.
• If Premium ends, your Premium downloads stay on your device but are locked until you renew. You can remove them at any time.

Dardania Radio brings together publicly available content — radio stations, podcasts and music — and makes it easy to find. That content belongs to its owners (stations, creators, artists and publishers).

• Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Rights holders can ask us to remove their content at service@dardaniaradio.com. We review requests promptly.

• Anyone can find, play and like a public playlist, and your name is shown as its creator. Only you can edit it.
• Don't use offensive, illegal or misleading names or descriptions. We may remove them.
• When you share something (for example through the iMessage app), the recipient sees its title, image and a link to it.

• Copying, selling or redistributing the content or the service.
• Getting around limits, locks or ads, or interfering with how the service works.
• Harassing others or posting illegal content.
• Automated use (bots, scraping) without our permission.

The free version shows ads, which help keep the service free. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel it there as well.

The service is provided "as is". We do our best, but we can't promise every station, track or feature will always work without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages that come from using the service.

We may update these terms. The date of the latest change is shown at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
