How do I download the app?
Dardania Radio is available free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Search 'Dardania Radio' or tap the App Store link on the home page. Requires iOS 14.0 or later.
Do I need an account to use the app?
Yes. An account is required to sign in and use the app. After signing in, you can listen to live radio, music, and podcasts, and also save favorites, create playlists, and sync your listening history.
How do I create an account?
When you open the app for the first time, you are taken to the login screen. Tap 'Register' to create an account with email and password, or with Google, Apple, or Facebook. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email; tap the link to activate your account. Once you log in, you get full access to the app.
How do I log in?
When you open the app, you are taken to the login screen. Enter your email and password, or log in with Google/Apple/Facebook if you registered with them. If you forgot your password, tap 'Forgot password?' and you'll receive instructions by email.

How do I listen to live radio?
Open the 'Radio' section from the main menu. Browse stations by country (Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, etc.) or by genre. Tap any station to start listening immediately.
Why won't a station play?
Some stations may have temporary technical issues or may have changed their stream. Try refreshing by pulling down the list. If the issue persists, contact our support with the station name.
How do I save favorite stations?
While listening to a station, tap the heart icon β™₯ or the 'Save' button. Saved stations are found in 'Your Library' β†’ 'Favorite Stations'.
How do I add to Presets from Home?
You can add a Preset from a track/station/podcast details page or from the action menu (...). Presets appear on Home for quick access.

How do I search for songs or artists?
Go to the 'Search' section (magnifying glass icon) and type the song name, artist, or album. Results appear instantly and can be filtered by category.
How do I create a playlist?
Go to 'Your Library' β†’ 'Playlists' β†’ 'Create New Playlist'. Give it a name and start adding songs by tapping '...' next to any song and selecting 'Add to Playlist'.
Can I download music for offline listening?
Dardania Radio offers offline listening for podcasts. For music, listening requires an internet connection as we aggregate public sources and don't host audio files.
What is the difference between private and public playlists?
A Private playlist is visible only to you. A Public playlist can be discovered by other users, who can listen to it or download it for offline use. Only the playlist owner can edit it; other users cannot change your playlist content.
Can I switch a playlist between private and public?
Yes. In playlist settings, you can switch between Private and Public anytime. When Public, others can listen to it; when switched back to Private, it is no longer publicly listed.

How do I find Albanian podcasts?
Go to the 'Podcasts' section from the main menu. You can browse by category (news, culture, sports, etc.) or search by name. Podcasts are organized by popularity and date.
How do I follow a podcast?
Open the podcast page and tap 'Follow'. You'll get notified when new episodes come out. Followed podcasts are in 'Your Library' β†’ 'My Podcasts'.
How do I download episodes for offline?
Open the episode and tap the download icon ↓. Downloaded episodes are in 'Your Library' β†’ 'Downloads'. You can listen to them without internet.

Where do I find Settings in the app?
On every app tab, tap the gear icon on the left side of the top navigation. This opens the Settings screen.
What can I change in Settings?
In Settings, you can manage Playback and Downloads, Theme Switch, Language Switch, Push Notifications, and other options.
How do I change my password?
Go to 'Profile' β†’ 'Settings' β†’ 'Change Password'. Enter your current password and then the new one. If you forgot your password, log out and tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen.
How do I delete my account?
Go to 'Profile' β†’ 'Settings' β†’ 'Delete Account'. This action is irreversible and deletes all your data. Confirm with your password. You can also email us if you have trouble.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Language Switch. The app supports Albanian and English. The change takes effect immediately.
How do I manage notifications?
Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Push Notifications. You can enable or disable notifications for new episodes, news, and app updates. You can also manage them from iPhone Settings.
What is on the account page?
The Account page includes your user info, the Log out action, and the Delete Account option. Account deletion is permanent.

Which iOS features are supported?
The app supports Home Screen Widgets, Spotlight Search, and Quick Actions, and is optimized for both iPhone and iPad.
What is included in Premium?
Premium includes ad-free listening, advanced playlist features, and offline playlist downloads. Availability may vary by plan and region.

πŸ”§Troubleshooting

The app won't open or keeps crashing.
1) Force-close the app and reopen it. 2) Restart your iPhone. 3) Check for an update in the App Store. 4) Delete and reinstall the app β€” account data is preserved. If the issue persists, contact us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
Audio won't play or keeps stopping.
Check your internet connection β€” live radio requires a stable connection. Try switching from Wi-Fi to 4G/5G or vice versa. Check that volume isn't muted. If the issue is with a specific station, it may be a problem on the station's end.
I'm not receiving the confirmation email.
Check your Spam/Junk folder. Make sure the email was typed correctly. Try resending the confirmation email from the login screen. If you still don't receive it, contact us with your email and we'll resolve it manually.
