• Account details: your email, username and, if you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook, the basic details they share with us. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your email.
• Activity in the app: what you've played recently, likes, follows, playlists, presets and settings — so they sync and you get recommendations.
• Technical data: device type, system and app version, IP address (for security) and, if you allow it, a notification token.
• Subscription: whether you have Premium. Payment happens at Apple — we never see your card details.
• Ads: your advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking when your iPhone asks.

• To run the service: sign-in, syncing, playlists and Premium.
• To improve and personalise it (recommendations, trending content).
• To send notifications and account emails; you can turn notifications off at any time.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To show ads in the free version.

Downloads (podcasts, music), offline mode and some settings are stored only on your iPhone.

The home screen widget and the iMessage app read a copy of your recently played and library that's kept on your device. When you send a card in iMessage, the recipient only sees the title, image and link of what you picked.

We don't sell your data. We only share it where needed to run the service:

• Service providers that help us run it: hosting and database (such as Cloudflare), subscriptions (RevenueCat), ads (Google AdMob), sign-in (Apple, Google, Facebook) and email delivery.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• Public playlists: their name and your name as creator are visible to everyone.

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Your iPhone asks whether you allow tracking; if you don't, ads aren't personalised based on your activity in other apps. You can change this any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy → Tracking. Premium has no ads.

Our website uses essential cookies (sign-in, language) and Google Analytics to count visits: pages viewed, country and device, without your account details. You can block it in your browser.

Stations, podcasts, music information and artwork come from public sources and belong to their owners. If you're an owner and want something removed, email us at service@dardaniaradio.com.

• You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to correct it.
• You can delete your account from Settings in the app; this deletes your account data.
• You can turn off notifications and ad tracking in iPhone Settings.
• For any request, email us at service@dardaniaradio.com.

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete it, we delete your data, except what we must keep for legal or security reasons for a limited time.

We use encrypted connections and security measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best.

Dardania Radio isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest change is shown at the top; we'll let you know about significant changes.
