Dardania Radio is available free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Search 'Dardania Radio' or tap the App Store link on the home page. Requires iOS 16.4 or later.

Yes. An account is required to sign in and use the app. After signing in, you can listen to live radio, music, and podcasts, and also save favorites, create playlists, and sync your listening history.

When you open the app for the first time, you are taken to the login screen. Tap 'Register' to create an account with email and password, or with Google, Apple, or Facebook. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email; tap the link to activate your account. Once you log in, you get full access to the app.

When you open the app, you are taken to the login screen. Enter your email and password, or log in with Google/Apple/Facebook if you registered with them. If you forgot your password, tap 'Forgot password?' and you'll receive instructions by email.

Open the 'Radio' section from the main menu. Browse stations by country (Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, etc.) or by genre. Tap any station to start listening immediately.

Some stations may have temporary technical issues or may have changed their stream. Try refreshing by pulling down the list. If the issue persists, contact our support with the station name.

While listening to a station, tap the heart icon ♥ or the 'Save' button. Saved stations are found in 'Your Library' → 'Favorite Stations'.

You can add a Preset from a track/station/podcast details page or from the action menu (...). Presets appear on Home for quick access.

Go to the 'Search' section (magnifying glass icon) and type the song name, artist, or album. Results appear instantly and can be filtered by category.

They're the app's own playlists — Chill, Pop, Folk, Hip Hop, Gym, Dance, Party, Love and more — at the top of the Playlists tab. They don't belong to anyone: tap one and it starts playing. They refresh every night with the most played and newest songs for that genre or mood. They play like any other playlist: on shuffle for free, in order with any song you pick on Premium.

Go to 'Your Library' → 'Playlists' → 'Create New Playlist'. Give it a name and start adding songs by tapping '...' next to any song and selecting 'Add to Playlist'.

Yes, with Premium. Open a playlist, album, artist or your Liked Tracks and turn on the 'Offline Download' card. Downloads sync on their own when new tracks are added. Podcast episodes can be downloaded free by everyone.

A Private playlist is visible only to you. A Public playlist is listed under public playlists alongside other users' playlists; anyone can find, play and like it (Premium users can also download it), and your name is shown as its creator. Public playlist names must be unique. Only the playlist owner can edit it; other users cannot change your playlist content.

Yes. In playlist settings, you can switch between Private and Public anytime. When Public, others can listen to it; when switched back to Private, it is no longer publicly listed.

Go to the 'Podcasts' section from the main menu. You can browse by category (culture, sports, history, etc.) or search by name. Podcasts are organized by popularity and date.

Open the podcast page and tap 'Follow'. You'll get notified when new episodes come out. Followed podcasts are in 'Your Library' → 'My Podcasts'.

Open the episode and tap the download icon ↓. Downloaded episodes are in 'Your Library' → 'Downloads'. You can listen to them without internet.

On every app tab, tap the gear icon on the left side of the top navigation. This opens the Settings screen.

In Settings, you can manage Playback and Downloads, Theme Switch, Language Switch, Push Notifications, and other options.

Go to 'Profile' → 'Settings' → 'Change Password'. Enter your current password and then the new one. If you forgot your password, log out and tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen.

Go to 'Profile' → 'Settings' → 'Delete Account'. This action is irreversible and deletes all your data. Confirm with your password. You can also email us if you have trouble.

Go to Profile → Settings → Language Switch. The app supports Albanian and English. The change takes effect immediately.

Go to Profile → Settings → Push Notifications. You can enable or disable notifications for new episodes, new music and app updates. You can also manage them from iPhone Settings.

The Account page includes your user info, the Log out action, and the Delete Account option. Account deletion is permanent.

The app supports Apple CarPlay, Home Screen Widgets, Spotlight Search, and Quick Actions, and is optimized for both iPhone and iPad.

Press and hold an empty spot on your iPhone's home screen, tap the '+' button at the top, search for 'Dardania Radio', and pick the widget size. The widget shows trending content from the app — tap any item to open it directly in the app.

Open the app and let it load for a few seconds — the widget refreshes automatically from iOS once the app syncs its content. If it stays empty, remove the widget and add it again, or restart your iPhone.

All music is free to listen to. Albums, artists, playlists and your liked songs play on shuffle, but you can pick up to 6 songs every 4 hours to play right away (from an album, artist, playlist, your Liked Tracks or Up Next). You can start any song from a list (Most Played, a genre, search…) and when it ends, that list carries on shuffled. Each list (album, artist, playlist, genre, Most Played…) gets 6 skips, which come back 4 hours after the first one; picking a different song while music is playing also uses one. Repeat and moving through a song are Premium.

In the app, tap any Premium feature or go to Settings and pick a plan. Payment goes through Apple. If a free trial is available, it's shown before you buy.

In iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dardania Radio → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.

Open the Premium screen in the app and tap 'Restore Purchases', using the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Your Premium downloads stay on your phone but are locked — they won't play until you renew Premium. When you renew, they unlock instantly without downloading again. Podcast downloads are free and never locked.

When you lose your connection, the app switches to offline mode on its own and shows only what you've downloaded: podcasts and music (Premium). When the connection comes back, it returns online by itself.

On Home, Playlists and Podcasts, the 'Offline' switch next to settings lets you go offline yourself even when you have internet — for example to save data or see what you've downloaded. It stays on until you turn it off, even after restarting the app. It works with CarPlay too.

Free: podcast episodes. With Premium: playlists, albums, artists, and your liked songs. Every playlist, album, artist and your Liked Tracks have an 'Offline Download' card with a switch.

In offline mode, the Playlists tab groups them by type: Playlists, Liked Tracks, Albums and Artists. Podcasts are in their own tab. In CarPlay offline, you'll find them in the Playlists tab.

Turn off the 'Offline Download' switch on the playlist, album or artist, or open the download in offline mode and choose 'Remove download' from the menu.

It lets you share stations, playlists, albums and artists right inside a Messages conversation, as a card with cover art and a title. It has two tabs: 'Activity' (recently played) and 'Your Library' (your stations, playlists, albums and artists).

Open a conversation in Messages, tap the + button (or the apps row) and choose Dardania Radio. Tap something to add it as a card, then tap Send.

A card with the cover, title and description. Tapping it opens the item straight in the Dardania Radio app. If they don't have the app, Messages offers to download it.

Open the Dardania Radio app once and play something — the iMessage app gets your recently played and library from the app. Make sure you have the latest app version.

1) Make sure your iPhone runs iOS 16.4 or later and the Dardania Radio app is installed. 2) Connect your iPhone to the car with a USB cable, or wirelessly (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) if your car supports wireless CarPlay. 3) Open the CarPlay screen in your car — Dardania Radio appears automatically among the apps. No extra setup required.

From CarPlay you can listen to live radio, jump to Presets for quick access, browse podcasts and episodes, play your playlists, and see your recently played. Playback controls (play/pause, skip) work normally, including through Siri.

Yes, partially. Downloaded podcast episodes, plus downloaded playlists, albums, artists and liked tracks (Premium), play straight from your phone without internet — the lists switch to your downloads automatically when the connection drops. Live radio doesn't work offline since it's streamed live.

1) Check the app is installed and has been opened at least once. 2) On your iPhone go to Settings → General → CarPlay and select your car — make sure Dardania Radio is in the list of allowed apps. 3) Restart your iPhone and reconnect. If the issue persists, contact us.

1) Make sure your iPhone and the TV (or speaker) are on the same Wi-Fi network. 2) Open the player and tap the devices button (the AirPlay icon). 3) Under 'Connect to a device' you'll see AirPlay & Bluetooth, Chromecast devices and the smart TVs on your network. 4) Tap a device — after a few seconds playback continues there. To stop, tap the selected device again and the audio moves back to your phone.

• AirPlay & Bluetooth: Apple TV, HomePod, Bluetooth speakers and headphones. • Google Cast: Chromecast, Google TV, Android TV and Nest speakers. • Smart TVs (DLNA/UPnP): most Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips and other TVs, plus many network speakers. Live radio, music and podcast episodes all work.

The app needs to search your Wi-Fi network to find TVs and speakers (Chromecast and DLNA). It only searches while the 'Connect to a device' screen is open, and no information about your devices leaves your network. If you declined it, turn it on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Dardania Radio.

1) Check that the TV is on and on the same Wi-Fi as your iPhone (guest networks and VPNs often block discovery). 2) Check the 'Local Network' permission for Dardania Radio in your iPhone Settings. 3) On the TV, turn on media sharing / DLNA if it's off (it's usually on by default on Samsung and LG). 4) Wait a few seconds — the list refreshes on its own.

That's normal. Many TVs (e.g. Samsung and LG) ask once whether to allow a new device — choose 'Allow' with the remote. After that, connecting works straight away.

Use the app as usual: play/pause, switching to another station, track or episode, and seeking within an episode are all sent to the TV. Your lock screen and CarPlay controls work too. If you pause with the TV remote, the app follows the TV. The volume slider controls the TV's volume (some TVs, such as certain LG models, don't allow this). Podcast episodes continue on the TV where you left off.

The TV fetches and checks the stream itself before playing it, usually 5–10 seconds. While that happens, the selected device shows a loading indicator.

With DLNA, the TV only receives the title when the stream starts, and it can't be updated during live radio without interrupting the audio. The current song always shows in the app, on your lock screen and in CarPlay. Some TVs show the cover art as a circle — that's the TV's own design.

1) Force-close the app and reopen it. 2) Restart your iPhone. 3) Check for an update in the App Store. 4) Delete and reinstall the app — account data is preserved. If the issue persists, contact us with your iPhone model and iOS version.

Check your internet connection — live radio requires a stable connection. Try switching from Wi-Fi to 4G/5G or vice versa. Check that volume isn't muted. If the issue is with a specific station, it may be a problem on the station's end.

Check your Spam/Junk folder. Make sure the email was typed correctly. Try resending the confirmation email from the login screen. If you still don't receive it, contact us with your email and we'll resolve it manually.
